二维探测器

二维PSD是一种基于光电效应的连续模拟式光斑位置探测器,其主要特点是能够精确测量入射光点在探测器表面的二维坐标。具有高位置分辨率,快速响应速度,低噪声和宽光谱响应范围,结构简单等优势。应用:位移测量,三维运动测量,自动聚焦与对准。
